High Speed Chase Kills Passenger

Today there are five fatality reports to discuss. The personal injury accidents happened in these counties: Des Moines, Fremont, Wapello, Webster and another from Fremont. Let’s get right into them because this is serious stuff. This first one reminds of I Love Lucy because the driver has some explaining to do. A passenger in a car eluding police may or may not have a claim, depending upon his involvement in instigating and encouraging the high speed attempt to outrun the officers. If during the chase they discouraged the action they may still have a claim even though at the beginning they did not object.
