FDA Recall of Badger Sunscreen for Kids

W.S. Badger Company issued a recall on September 25 of two of its sunscreens:

1) SPF 30 Baby Sunscreen  (UPC: 634084490091&634084490114) Lot #’s 3024A, 3057B, 3063A, 3063B, 3132A, 3133A, and

2) SPF 30 Kids Sunscreen Lotion (UPC: 634084490145 & 634084490169) Lot # 3164A

The sunscreens are sold in the USA & Canada online and in stores.  Consumers should not use the products, as they have been found to contain Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida parapsilosis, and Acremonium fungi - microbial contamination.  The products may be returned to the original point of purchase.  Consumers can contact Badger directly at 1-800-603-6100 or [email protected]  Consumers should also contact the FDA if they experience adverse reactions.
