Fatality pedestrian accidents for April 14, 2012

NARRATIVE

VEH 1 WAS STOPPED AT THE INTERSECTION OF N 4TH ST AND MAIN AVE IN CLEAR LAKE. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS ATTEMPTING TO CROSS N 4TH ST TO THE EAST. VEH 1 ENTERED THE INTERSECTION AND ATTEMPTED TO TURN WEST. WHILE IN THE INTERSECTION VEH 1 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN.
