I normally post these reports in the news section of our site, but with the winter coming we all need to be reminded to slow down and maintain a better lookout for ice and slicker roads. In the morning at about 4:00 A.M. in the distance I can hear the different sound that hard cold rubber tires make on the I-35 asphalt. It's a different sound than when the asphalt is warmed by the summer sun. It's a harder sound that travels further and with the leaves now pretty much off the trees it easily makes its way to my home. So let us all keep this in mind when driving to and from work, the grocery store and the malls. [Image is of Mackenzie Tubridy, teen driver from Oregon, Wisconsin showing us what not to do.]
