Clayton County, Iowa Semi-Accident

This report is difficult to understand exactly what happened in the accident; simply because the report is so poorly written. The most I can say is who was in the accident. The drivers include Colin Schultz of Hampton, Minnesota and Roger Frick of Waukon, Iowa. Frick was driving a semi-truck and Schultz a 2006 Saturn. Schultz is reported to have died in the crash.
