Cass County Accident for April 21, 2012
We have two accidents with fatalities this week. The one is from
Cass County on April 21st and the other from
Des Moines County on April 17
th.
The Cass County accident is a broadside collision with the broadsided car pulling out in front of the other car. The lady who died was 84-years-old and she’s in the vehicle described as having pulled out in front of the other one. She’s driving a 2005 Buick LeSabre and the other driver, the non-fault driver (Julie Nash) is driving a 2007 Toyota Tundra, an SUV. The accident is noted to be “still under investigation” which normally means toxicology analysis is ordered and in this case more than likely following an autopsy. I’ll cover the Des Moines County accident in another blog post.
