A 2006 Toyota Scion rolled over on Highway 5 at St. Joseph Drive north of Centerville and killed a 56-year-old woman. She's listed as Mary English from Le Grand, Iowa. It appears she was the only person in the car. What interested me about rollover types of accidents, are the passengers inside. Often time's passengers have a claim against the driver and don't even know it because they don't understand their rights. So if you are involved in a rollover accident-crash and you are a passenger you may have a claim for monetary damages. The issues involved include: road maintenance, speed, lookout, control, due care and driving while under the influence. Before you speak with the insurance people hire a lawyer because the only reason the insurance adjuster will talk to you is to create a reason why not to pay you damages under the auto insurance policy.
