Another intersection collision leads to passenger’s death

In another accident, similar to the one in Buena Vista County, an intersection collision, where a failure to stop at the stop sign is the alleged fault of one driver, resulted in the death of Michael Leroy Hawkins, again a passenger in one of the vehicles. Unlike drivers passengers are rarely found to be at fault other than to wear their seatbelts and that results in less than 5% reduction in damages. Michael Leroy Hawkins, a passenger in Howell's car, died as a result of the accident.
