We have I-80 that goes east to west directly through central Iowa, where I practice law and live. I'm on I-80 quite often and notice the drivers not paying attention to their driving because they are either on the phone, texting or even watching the screen of a computer. So what should you do after you're sitting in the hospital laid up because someone has caused a crash?
