A settlement is reported by the AP from a lawsuit for the wrongful death of a 13-year-old girl who fell about 100 feet to the ground from what appears to be the cage of a free-fall ride that took place in Lake Delton, Wisconsin on July 30, 2010. In both instances there is property involved, but in the first case it's also about how the ride was being run. The young girl appears to have fallen out of the basket before it reached full height. Why she fell isn't discussed. If another passenger knocked her out their homeowner's insurance carrier might be involved with liability. On the other hand if only because of supervision that would involve the ride owner. Frankly I've never appreciated what everyone sees in these free-fall rides.
The news organization didn't have a photograph or a description of the ornamenal fountain, facts that would have assisted us in knowing what made it dangerous.
