Next we head over to Clinton County and read that on March 6, 2012 there was another fatal accident. The report concludes nothing really. The indication that the accident remains under investigation usually indicates the Trooper is waiting for toxicology results before making any decisions about filing charges or assigning reasons (fault – negligence) for the accident. In this one we have 18 and 34 year-old drivers. The 18-year-old is driving along, loses control, crossed the center line and collided with the oncoming truck; the young driver died. The important question is why he lost control of the 2000 Harley Davidson motorcycle he was driving.
