Is the Melissa Lewis Murder Motive ID'd in the Rothstein Plea Agreement with the United States?

Remember Melissa Lewis? If you dont' know about her read my blogs below. Don’t ever forget her. My guess is Tony Villegas thinks about her all the time. He must also think about Scott Rothstein the Fort Lauderdale lawyer who has now plead guilty of a $1B+ Ponzi scheme involving his ‘friends’ and colleagues. I first wrote about Mr. Rothstein’s law firm when one of the lawyers in his firm turned up dead.

And take the time to read the emails someone has posted and alleged sent by the person who is the focus of this investigation. And note the themes of security and control. Access to the main proponent is strictly controlled. That limits information to those who might ask too many questions. To do this there is the empowerment of those desperate for access to a position of power they have not rightly earned. Everything about this says there is something wrong. From a common sense point of view it makes little sense. And yet it succeeds in fooling those who are used to following the crowd or who are greedy for a success they did not earn.

MetaBank Lawsuit and allegedly "fraudulent" COD's

Meta Bank of Iowa is being sued by 8 groups who bought fraudulent COD’s after former employee Charlene Marie Pickhinke of Sac City plead guilty to stealing $4.2 million from the bank. In her guilty plea Pickhinke admitted to selling COD’s to as many as 50 banks and credit unions across the country.
